MMH conducts several wellness programs fulfilling the needs of people from all walks of life. These programs are a mix of group coaching, one-to-one counseling and activities.

Weekly sessions of will be conducted which are designed keeping in mind the limited time-span available for such activities and the limited attention span of the participants. MMH believes that the program needs to be divided in to byte-sized pieces for the participants to be able to “digest” it better.
